About this Form

This form is the official U.S. Merchant Marine Academy score sheet for the Candidate Fitness Assessment (CFA) for entry into the Academy.  The CFA was developed to measure and evaluate a candidate's potential to successfully engage the physical program at the service academies.  The CFA Instructions outline the testing procedures and permitted activities for the candidate as well as the test administrator.  The administrator will enter the scores directly into the USMMA Evaluator Portal.
