Facility Use
Entities or individuals requesting use of Academy facilities must complete and return a facility request form at least 3 weeks in advance of the requested use.
Facility request forms can be downloaded by clicking on the link to the document below, and returned via email facilityrequest@usmma.edu or by regular mail to the Office of the Superintendent, U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, 300 Steamboat Road, Kings Point, NY 11024.
