Overview

The USMMA Human Resources Office supports the mission of the Academy by providing accurate, reliable and courteous human resources services to both internal and external customers.  The Office supports the USMMA Strategic Plan, and assists managers and employees in providing an environment in which every individual is treated with respect and encouraged to work and develop to their full potential.

Current Positions

About the Academy

The Academy is one of the world’s foremost institutions in the field of maritime education. Located on 81 acres of waterfront land, it includes many facilities and organizations available to faculty and staff. Among these are included:

  • A Library
  • Navy Exchange
  • Athletic and fitness facilities including a weight room and fitness center, running track, tennis courts, and indoor and outdoor swimming pools
  • An interfaith Chapel
  • A Maritime Museum
  • Banking facilities including a Navy Federal Credit Union
  • An Employee Association sponsoring a variety of activities both on and off campus
