Transcript Requests

If you would like to have a copy of your official United States Merchant Marine Academy transcript, simply print out the Official Transcript Request Form and mail or fax it to:

Email requests cannot be accepted.

*Federal law requires us to have your signature before we can issue your transcripts.

Requests will take 7 to 10 working days to process.

STUDENTS AND ALUMNI: Please file a separate request for each transcript recipient.

No request can be honored for any student whose financial account with USMMA is not clear.

Additional time is required to fill requests at the beginning and end of each semester.
