Academic Departments
The
academic faculty are divided into six departments, of which
the Marine Engineering and Marine Transportation are the
two largest. Department heads, along with other key
members of the academy staff (such as the Commandant, Chief
Information Officer, Assistant Deans, Chief Librarian, Registrar,
Director of Instructional Technology, and Faculty Forum
President) serve on the Academic Board, the Dean's senior
advisory group.
