Eligibility

Use of Melville Hall/Officers' Club will be determined as follows:

1. Graduating Midshipmen
2. Alumni and their children, Academy Personnel and their children
3. Active or Retired Merchant Mariners and their children
4. Active Duty Military (may only reserve 6 months in advance)
5. Retired Military (at least 10 years of service)
6. Active Military Reserve
7. Non-Profit Organizations
